Yes it is true, teen heart-throb Zac Efron has been transmitted into the hospital, for appendicitis.
He did get his appendix removed and now he is just recovering.
By the way Zac and the whole group will be back again for the third installment of the High School Musical films....Yes that mean more of that sexy body.
